Motorola started teasing the upcoming device earlier this month, and today it has announced its unveiling date: September 22.
That is also when Qualcomm is expected to unveil the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipsets, during its Snapdragon Summit in Hawaii. Motorola specifically calls out the Snapdragon Summit, so it looks like the Signature 27 using one of those chips is a given.
