OnePlus (and its parent Oppo) were embroiled in a very protracted patent dispute with Nokia in the past, which at one point saw OnePlus and Oppo devices banned from sale in Germany (and this only ended a few months ago), and now unfortunately history repeats itself. Though this time the problem isn't with Nokia, it's also a patent dispute, with InterDigital, over key patents for 5G and other mobile technologies. And that sounds pretty similar to what the Nokia kerfuffle was all about. The OnePlus 12 is among the victims OnePlus' online store in Germany once again has no smartphones...
