Apple Watch sleep apnea detection is now FDA certified


Following the FDA authorization of the new Hearing Aid mode for the AirPods Pro 2 last week, today Apple has another wearable in a similar situation. The sleep apnea detection for the Apple Watch is now FDA certified. This will work with the Apple Watch Series 9, Series 10, and Ultra 2. The Apple Watch Series 10 will be released on September 20. The feature will be part of watchOS 11, which is expected to go out today.
