Amazon's new Fire Max 11 tablet is its most powerful yet


Today Amazon has unveiled its most powerful tablet ever, the Fire Max 11. As the name implies, this has an 11-inch touchscreen with 2000x1200 resolution. At the helm sits "a powerful octa-core processor" from MediaTek (MTK8188J), aided by 4GB of RAM. A fingerprint sensor is embedded into the power button. You can get 64GB or 128GB of expandable storage, and up to 14 hours of battery life out of a cell of unknown capacity.
