Samsung's entry-level Galaxy A03 was initially announced in November, and finally got released early this year. Now it's headed to India, where, according to a new rumor from a usually reliable tipster, it is destined to land before the end of February (or in early March). It is said to retail over there for around INR 12,000. Only two of its three international color options will make it to India: red and black.
